Accidents happen but some are just plain avoidable when the proper precautions are made. Domestic accidents are often not serious but your child slipping and hitting his head is not a very acceptable thing for a loving parent no matter how innocent. The reason for this is plain but the real challenge is to actually make it work for your child since more and more children have been accredited to a sedentary lifestyle in such an early age that making some of them active physically would be a head ache with out knowing the proper tools. Depending on how old your child maybe, you can still get him involved in some sort of physical activity that does not involve strenuous physical exercise, like simply walking in the park or playing and not sitting in front of the TV or computer most of the time.

Singers also warm up their vocal muscles before singing to avoid hurting their sensitive vocal chords, and many other examples of the importance of muscle warm up in connection to injuries that are too many to mention in this article.
So it is natural to understand that a child who is physically fit have a lower chance of getting domestic accidents because their reflexes are fine tuned and their muscles can react faster in case it was need. Getting your child accidental insurance is good, but you should not treat it like you are getting phone insurance for example. Mobile phone insurance can definitely replace your phone if lost or damaged, but nothing can replace a child, would not you agree? Like mobile insurance or any other non life insurance, its purpose is to protect a non living thing, so I guess it is nothing compared to beloved child.
